Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the EliteDailyService website or scheduling any service. By accessing this site or submitting a service request, you agree to be bound by these terms.

    Summary: EliteDailyService provides non-medical companion, errand, and transportation services in North Georgia. Use of this site and our services is subject to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or submit a request.
  

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or submitting a booking request, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or are the parent or legal guardian of the person receiving services) and that you agree to these Terms of Use in full. EliteDailyService, LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Services Description

EliteDailyService, LLC provides non-medical companion, errand, and transportation services to adults 55 and older in Cumming, Milton, Alpharetta, Roswell, Johns Creek, Suwanee, and surrounding North Georgia communities. We do not provide medical care, personal care, licensed home health services, or emergency transportation.

3. Booking and Scheduling

All service requests submitted through this site are treated as pending requests only. A request is not a confirmed booking until EliteDailyService contacts you to confirm availability and details. We reserve the right to decline any request at our discretion.

Estimates generated on this site are based on the information you provide and are not guaranteed final prices. Final pricing is confirmed prior to service.

4. Payment Terms

A 2-hour minimum applies to all bookings.
Standard rate: $45.00/hr (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM).
Overtime rate: $67.50/hr (after 5:00 PM or weekends).
A one-time zone travel fee applies based on distance from our Cumming base ($0–$100).
A $50 holiday surcharge applies on US federal holidays.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $25 late cancellation fee. No-shows without prior notice may be charged the full minimum booking amount. EliteDailyService reserves the right to cancel or reschedule at any time due to safety concerns, weather, or unavailability, with as much advance notice as possible.

6. Client Conduct and Transportation Policy

Clients and any passengers must treat our staff with respect at all times. The following are strictly prohibited during any EliteDailyService ride or while our staff is present:

Smoking or vaping
Alcohol consumption
Use of illegal substances
Verbal abuse, threatening language, or physical intimidation

Violation of these policies may result in immediate termination of service. Any time already worked remains billable at the applicable rate. If service is ended while the client is present, the client remains responsible for arranging their own transportation.

7. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

EliteDailyService reserves the right to refuse or immediately discontinue service at any time if continuing would create a safety risk to our staff, the client, or others. This right is exercised at the sole discretion of EliteDailyService, LLC.

8. Limitation of Liability

EliteDailyService, LLC provides non-medical services only. We are not responsible for medical decisions, medical emergencies, or health outcomes related to any client. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service session in question.

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

9. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content on this website — including text, design, code, graphics, pricing logic, booking flow, and branding — is the exclusive property of EliteDailyService, LLC and is protected by United States copyright law.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or use of any content from this site — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from EliteDailyService, LLC. This includes copying the website design, booking system, pricing structure, or any proprietary workflow for use in a competing or similar service.
