How much does EliteDailyService cost?

Standard weekday service is $45 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. After 5:00 PM, weekends, and certain off-hours requests are billed at $67.50 per hour. A one-time zone fee may apply depending on distance from our Cumming base.

Do you provide medical care or home health services?

No. EliteDailyService is a non-medical companion and errand service. We do not provide medical care, administer medications, or offer personal care requiring clinical certification. Clients must be ambulatory and able to move independently.

What areas does EliteDailyService serve?

We serve Cumming, Milton, Alpharetta, Roswell, Johns Creek, Suwanee, and surrounding North Georgia communities. Service fees may vary by travel zone.

Can I schedule multiple stops in one trip?

Yes. We can quote one-way trips, round trips, and multi-stop errands, including rides to appointments, pharmacy pickups, grocery stops, and return-home service.

Is EliteDailyService medical transportation?

No. EliteDailyService is a non-medical concierge and companion service. We do not provide medical care, personal care, or licensed home health services.

What is the cancellation policy?

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $25 flat fee.

⏱ 2-hour minimum

Every visit is at least 2 hours — so we never have to rush your loved one.

🇺🇸 Holiday visits

We work holidays. Flat $50 surcharge added — the calendar marks them automatically.

📅 Late cancellation

24 hours’ notice required to cancel or reschedule. Less than 24 hrs = $25 flat fee.

🧍 Mobility & non-medical service

This is a non-medical companion service only — no medical care or medications. Clients must be ambulatory. Folding manual wheelchairs welcome — motorized cannot be accommodated.

💳 Outing & errand costs

Tickets, meals, parking, and tolls are on the client. For shopping, provide your own card — we do not use our own cash.

🚭 Transportation policy

No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or drug use during any ride or in the driver’s presence.

Right to discontinue: If continuing poses a safety risk, we stop immediately. Any time already worked is billed. We always ensure the client is safe before departing.
